Turkish Coffee Preparation

1   ALKHAIR ground Turkish coffee should be prepared in a special pot (“ibriq”) or (“cezve”), a small pot with a handle.
2    For each serving pour one demitasse full of fresh water (65ml) into the pot.
3    For each serving , put one & a half heaped teaspoons of coffee (7.5g) into the pot along with sugar to taste ( for medium-sweet coffee, one spoonful for each serving will do)
4    Stir the Mixture thoroughly over low heat.
5    When the coffee froths up, pour a little of the foam into each cup.
6    Return the (ibriq) to the heat and as soon as the coffee froths up again, pour it out into the cup.
7    Never stir the coffee once poured into the cup and be sure to sip it gently so as not to disturb the grounds.
8    Turkish coffee is always served with a glass of fresh water.
9    When prepared in large quantities, it is easier to make all the coffee medium-sweet. 

Arabic Coffee Preparation

Add three teaspoonfuls of ALKHAIR Arabic coffee into ˝ liter of boiling water and keep it on low heat for 20 minutes.  Your coffee is ready to serve.

If you desire you may add Cardamom, Saffron, or Ginger to your taste.
